George has considerable experience in commercial litigation as well as more complex property disputes. He has recently been involved in acting for home owners affected by the leaky building crisis.

George has appeared at all levels of the New Zealand court system and represented clients at numerous mediations and arbitrations. He has also worked extensively in the area of media law including defamation and censorship.

A further area of expertise is claims against estates and in company law particularly relief for oppressed shareholders.
