My work generally involves me in assisting a number of small corporate clients, their subsidiaries, their directors and shareholders, their families and partners to advance and develop their business entities and to provide legal solutions and structures to address the individual needs of their related parties.

I enjoy working closely with clients to maintain an overview and to assist them with whatever developments arise in their business and personal lives. Working closely at both business and personal levels gives me an excellent platform to assist clients in identifying legal structures which will meet both their current and future needs.

As well as commercial and property, my experience extends to estate planning and family trusts. I also have a strong interest in planning the needs of clients as they relate to the Property Relationships Act which replaced the Matrimonial Property Act and now includes de facto partners (including same sex partners) within its provisions.
